Booked Creative uses launch applications and project enquiries to assess creator interest, understand demand and respond to requests.

Marketplace accounts

When account creation opens, Supabase will provide authentication and store account names, email addresses, creator profiles, project posts, expressions of interest and booking enquiries. Passwords are handled by the authentication service; Booked Creative does not display them. Sign-in tokens are stored in session storage in your browser for the current tab session.

Creator profile details and approved project briefs are intended for public display. Private booking briefs are accessible to the people involved and the platform operator. Expressions of interest are accessible to the applicant, project owner and operator. Do not post private contact details or addresses in public fields. You can ask us to remove a profile or account using the email above.

What we collect

Name, email, UK nation, town/city, service, your message, and any optional portfolio, work coverage, project date or budget. We also record whether you requested optional launch updates.

How we use it

We use customer details to respond to requested steps before a potential contract and creator details for our legitimate interest in assessing applications. Optional launch marketing relies on your consent. Enquiry-form submissions stay private. Separately submitted marketplace profiles and job briefs can be published after moderation, as explained above. We do not sell your information.

Storage and retention

This site is designed to use Netlify for hosting and form processing. Hosting providers process technical information for delivery and spam prevention; their processing may involve international transfers under their applicable safeguards. Account information is retained while needed to provide your account and handle enquiries, with deletion requests reviewed against any applicable recordkeeping obligations. Jacob Brown will review inactive launch records within six months and remove those no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask for access, correction or deletion and withdraw marketing consent by emailing bookedcreative@gmail.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Essential hosting technology may process technical data; this site adds no advertising or analytics cookies.
