Here’s the agreed commission split for the future booking service.
Booked Creative receives 25% of commissionable service revenue.
Example: £200 commissionable service revenue → £150 creator share, £50 platform commission.
Booked Creative receives 25% of commissionable service revenue.

Booked Creative receives 15% of commissionable service revenue.
Example: £200 commissionable service revenue → £170 creator share, £30 platform commission.
These are service-revenue shares, not guaranteed take-home earnings. Examples exclude VAT, refunds, your own costs and taxes, and any separately agreed charges. Payment-processing fee allocation and final VAT treatment must be confirmed before live bookings. The £3.99 client booking fee is separate from the commissionable service amount and is not part of the creator share. Paid membership prices are still unconfirmed. Applications are free and this launch site takes no payments.

Commission is a service fee. It does not buy ownership of your work.
Keep the copyright you own
Booking through Booked Creative does not automatically transfer your copyright to the client or the platform. You retain the rights you own unless a separate, explicit written agreement transfers them.
Clients receive agreed permission to use the work
A usage licence explains what the client may do with the finished work. Each package must clearly state the permitted uses, channels, duration, territory and any restrictions before the booking is confirmed. Detailed licence terms are still being finalised.
Premium includes relevant commercial usage rights
Where commercially relevant, Premium includes the commercial usage rights described in that package. It is not an automatic copyright buyout or a promise of unlimited use. Basic and Standard usage rights will also be stated explicitly; no blanket personal-only or unlimited licence is assumed.
Portfolio use, models and performers
Owning copyright does not automatically mean you can publish private client work or use someone’s image. Any portfolio use must respect permissions, confidentiality and third-party rights. Modelling and Acting bookings will need explicit image-use or performance permissions, including scope and duration, agreed before booking.

Can I book and pay now?
Not yet. This site collects interest and creator applications. We’ll confirm when the booking service is ready.
What will packages look like?
Basic, Standard and Premium will have fixed prices by profession and creator tier, with one, two and three revisions respectively. Exact deliverables, deadlines and final prices will be published before booking opens. Relevant Premium usage rights will be explained; copyright does not automatically transfer.
What will creators pay?
Applications are free. Free and Pro creators keep 75% of commissionable service revenue; Studio creators keep 85%. Booked Creative receives 25% or 15% respectively. These shares are before your own costs and taxes; final VAT and payment-fee treatment remain to be confirmed. The client’s £3.99 booking fee is separate. Paid membership prices remain unconfirmed and this site takes no payments.
Who owns the finished work?
A booking does not automatically transfer copyright. Creators retain the copyright they own, while clients receive the usage licence agreed for their package. Premium includes relevant commercial usage rights as specified, not an automatic transfer of ownership. Exact licence terms will be published before bookings open.

Does applying guarantee work?
No. We review applications and demand as the community develops. We will seek your approval before publishing your profile or sharing your contact details.
